1 – Cauliflower

100 Gm – Maida

20 Gm – corn flour

5 Gm – Black Pepper

15 Gm – Red chilli powder

10 Ml – Soy Sauce

2 Gm – Ginger

5 Gm – onion

5 Gm - Garlic

2 Gm – Salt

5 Gm – Spring Onion/ fresh coriander

5 Gm - Green Chilli

100 Gm – Oil

How to Make

Cut the cauliflower florets blanched in the salt water for 15-20 minutes

Preparing the batter

Water, salt, Maida, corn flour, Red chilli powder, Mix to gather Make Batter and dipped with Cauliflower and deep fried


Slow flame Keep a frying pan in a burner drape some oil in a pan add with, Chopped ,Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli, Ginger, Tomato Ketchup, soya sauce, sautéed with fried cauliflower in a sauce sprinkled with some spring onion or Fresh Coriander.

Mushroom Potato cutlet (Veg)


Mushroom – 100 gm

Potato – 50 gm

Beans – 20 gm

Carrot – 20 gm

Onion – 10 gm

Garlic – 5 gm

Chilli Powder – 5 gm

Coriander Powder – 5 gm

Jeera – 5 gm

Turmeric powder – 3 gm

Salt – 3 gm

How to Make

Wash and peel the potato boiled with salt water; Make a mash of the potato, Sautéed mushroom, chopped beans, carrot, onion, garlic cooked together add with chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, whole jeera and mash potato make patty on above 40 to 45 gm size then after crumb and deep fried served with your choice of mayo, tomato sauce.

Chicken cutlet


Minced chicken – 250 gm

Onion – 20 gm

Garlic – 10 gm

Green chilli – 20 gm

Fresh coriander – 5 gm

Cumin powder – 5 gm

Paprika powder – 10 gm

Salt – 3 gm

Pepper Black – 2 gm

Mint leaf – 5 gm

Ginger – 3 gm

Egg – 50 gm


Take minced chicken and add with chopped ,onion, garlic ,green chilli ,fresh coriander ,fresh mint ,cumin powder ,paprika powder ,salt ,pepper ,ginger ,make a patty on it 6 to 8 pieces. You want to deep fried add with batten egg (or) flour batter with bread crumb, which you can shallow fry. Served with mint chutney, mayo, and tomato ketchup.

Crab Cake


Crab meat - 250 gm

Onion – 50 gm

Green chilli – 20 gm

Fresh coriander – 10 gm

Slice bread – 2 no

Salt – 3 gm

Black pepper – 3 gm

Ginger – 10 gm

Paprika powder – 5gm


Take minced crab meat and add with chopped ,onion, green chilli ,fresh coriander ,cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, pepper, ginger. Make a patty on it 6 to 8. You want to deep fried add with batten egg (or) flour batter with bread crumb, which you can shallow fry if you wish.

Broccoli and carrot cheese casserole


Mayonnaise – 50 gm

Plain Yogurt – 50 gm

Yellow cheddar cheese – 100 gm

Feta cheese dressing – 20gm

Egg – 50 gm

Salt – 3 gm

Black pepper – 3gm

Broccoli – 200 gm

Carrot – 80 gm

Butter – 20 gm

Egg Noodle/ Spaghetti pasta


Preheat oven to 180 to 200 c

In a bowl combine mayo, Yogurt, Yellow cheddar cheese, feta cheese dressing, egg, salt, pepper, and noodle (or) pasta spaghetti.

In a separate bowl combine broccoli, carrot and Noodle (or) pasta toss together wet mixture and vegetables to evenly coat.

Place in a 6 by 6 inch baking dish that has been applied with butter 40 minutes covered. Then remove cover and bake for additional 15 minutes to brown.

Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Chilli Paneer


Paneer -120 gm

Green chilli – 20 gm

Red chilli paste – 10 gm

Red bell pepper – 20 gm

Yellow bell pepper – 20 gm

Green bell pepper – 20 gm

Onion – 10 gm

Garlic – 5 gm

Ginger – 5 gm

Soy sauce – 30 ml

Salt -3 gm

Black pepper – 2 gm

Fresh coriander (or) spring onion – 5 gm


Cut the Paneer into 2 inch cube coated with flour and deep fried in 5 minutes drained and keep aside

Take frying pan pour some oil on it add with, Green chilli, garlic, ginger, onion, Bell peppers, and soya sauce chilli paste mix together toss with fried Paneer.

Garnish with coriander (or) spring onion.

Paneer and mix veg burger


Burger Bun – 1 no

Paneer – 60 gm

Onion – 10 gm

Garlic – 5 gm

Broccoli – 20 gm

Beans – 10 gm

Carrot – 10 gm

Zucchini green – 10 gm

Zucchini yellow – 10 gm

Potato mash – 30 gm

Chilli powder – 10 gm

Jeera powder – 5 gm

Turmeric powder – 3 gm

Salt – 3 gm

Pepper – 3 gm


Greeted the Paneer and vegetables, slow cooked in a 15 to 20 mints add with chilli powder, coriander powder, Jeer powder.

Paneer – 100 gm

Spinach – 200 gm

Green peas – 50 gm

Ginger – 15gm

Garlic – 20 gm

Onion – 30 gm

Coriander powder – 10 gm

Jeera powder – 10 gm

Black Pepper powder – 5 gm

Salt – 3 gm

Red chilli powder – 10 gm

Green chilli – 5 gm

Butter – 20 gm


Take Paneer make a cube, and palak(spinach),green peas make paste

Keep frying pan add oil(or) butter in a pan the after put a Chopped ginger, garlic, onion, coriander powder, chilli powder, Green chilli, salt and black pepper add with spinach and green pea paste cooked together with Paneer in a 10 to 15 minutes garnish with fresh mint served with rice (or) Indian breads.
